- Target audience males because the advert is for two masculine things which are James Bond and Heineken. Men tend to drink more beer the women.
- Heineken also shows an Orient Express full of casinos, weapons, chandeliers and beautiful women.
- Action and adventure conventions include jeopardy, villains and a hero.
Good grasp of genre conventions (but fill in the details with specific examples) and of synergy (cross promotion). How does the hero come across? (= his behaviour, athletic skills, bravery, smoothness, ruthlessness and so on). In what way is drinking Heineken glamorized?
